Information about payment methods
Bank transfer:
You can pay for your order by bank transfer according to the invoice received by email from our manager, at any bank branch, from your bank account, or through Privat24. Please note that the bank may charge an additional fee for the bank transfer. To receive an invoice for payment, please contact our manager.
Payment is considered complete after the full amount of the order is received on the settlement account of the company LLC "Pozhezhni innovatsiyi".
Card payment (Visa and MasterCard):
During checkout, you can pay for your order online or through a terminal located directly in our office.
Payment by bank cards is made through PJSC "ALPHA-BANK".
Return or exchange of goods, warranty obligations
To return the goods, you need to register your online return on the website.
Please log in to your account using your email address and the original order number.
(In the case of being a legal entity, you need to write a letter for a refund and provide a "Return invoice").
In accordance with the law, goods of appropriate quality can be returned within 14 days.
Terms of return of goods:
- It is not listed among the items that are not subject to exchange and return;
- It has not been used and remains in the same condition as when purchased;
- Less than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods;
- There is a receipt or invoice.

When the return arrives at our warehouse, our manager will contact you to confirm the acceptance of the goods for return.
Return by Nova Poshta:
The cost of shipping according to Nova Poshta's shipping rates.

When the return arrives at our warehouse, our manager will contact you to confirm the acceptance of the goods for return.
Please note: if the recipient's data is incorrect, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the postal item to our warehouse. We also ask you to inform your manager of the declaration number by phone.
After receiving the goods at our warehouse, the refund is made within 10 days by bank transfer to your account.
Warranty for the goods is provided for a period from 2 weeks to 12 months. Please check the completeness and absence of defects in the goods upon receipt.
