Management of this website https://fire.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is carried out by LLC "Fire Innovations", EDRPOU code 42994155, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian law (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
The Company respects the confidentiality (personal) information of all individuals without exception who have visited the Site, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site; therefore, the Company strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and providing maximum comfortable conditions for using the Site's services to each user.
This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the procedure for the Company's processing of personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the Company's interaction with third parties, security measures for protecting personal data, conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding obtaining access, making changes, blocking or deleting their personal data, and addressing any questions that may arise regarding the practice of protecting personal data.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
The owner and controller of users' personal data of the Site is LLC "Fire Innovations".
When using the Site's services, the Company processes user data, namely: — data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and during the use of services; — cookies; — IP addresses; — parameters and settings of internet browsers (User-agent).
The Company collects only those personal data (such as your name and surname, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by you as the subject of personal data for the purpose of using the Site's services, which in accordance with the requirements of the legislation constitutes the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose formulated in this Policy for their processing.
When visiting the Site, all logins to the system are recorded. Other information about user traffic is not processed and not stored.

Processing of Personal Data
The processing and storage of the personal data provided is carried out in data centers where the equipment providing the functioning of the Site's services is located. The provided personal data are processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Base or a separate table of the Site's Database.
Purposes of Using Personal Data

Terms of access to personal data
The procedure for accessing the personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent provided to the owner of the personal data for the processing of such data or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The user has the right to obtain any information about themselves from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided the surname, name and patronymic, place of residence (stay), and details of the document certifying the identity of the applicant are indicated, except as provided by law.
User access to their data is free.
Delay of user access to their personal data is not allowed.
Delay of access to the personal data of third parties is allowed in case the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. The total period for resolving issues raised in the request should not exceed forty-five calendar days.
Notification of a delay is brought to the attention of the third party who submitted the request in writing with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.
The decision to delay or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the Authorized Person of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights or to the court.
Rights of the data subject
The company informs you of your rights as a data subject regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," namely:
to know the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or processor of personal data, or to give a corresponding mandate regarding the receipt of this information to authorized persons, except as provided by law;
to receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data are transferred;
to access your personal data;
to receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as provided by law, a response regarding whether their personal data are being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
to present a reasoned request to the owner of personal data with objections to the processing of their personal data;
to present a reasoned request for changes or destruction of their personal data by any owner and processor of personal data if such data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
for protection of their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the individual;
to lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Authorized Person of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights or with the court;
to apply means of legal protection in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
to make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
for protection against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for them.
